While all possible attempts are made to ensure that a game goes ahead in event of bad weather, the Club is not ultimately responsible for the decision that is made by the match officials in such circumstances.

Spectators should take note of the following terms and conditions that apply in the event of no play being possible and need to be aware of this policy when booking a ticket in advance or paying on the gate.

• No cash refunds will be offered under any circumstances
• Tickets for an abandoned match will be valid for another day's cricket at Grace Road - excluding Twenty20 Cup matches
• Leicestershire County Cricket Club reserve the right to determine the alternative matches in certain circumstances such as the abandonment of a Twenty20 Cup group match
• Ticket holders should retain their ticket to use as proof of entry to another day's cricket at Grace Road
